Headset: Logitech H390 USB (wired)
Mouse: Razer Naga Hex (wired)
Mouse Pad: Logitech G240 Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad on top of Logitech G440 Hard Gaming Mouse Pad (I play on a soft surface and use the G440 for rigidity -- the G240 is the mousing surface I use.) I have to replace the G240 from time-to-time because it wears and my mouse starts skipping -- other than that it's fine.
