An incredible RPG with excellent voice acting, expansive world, fantastic magic, and an excellent core story.

Destiny 2 is a fun PvE primary focus shooter. The game has a complex enough system that allows for variety of gameplay, while having cool movement skills, class focused abilities, and gun-play. The multi-player is fun and engaging, while also providing a lot of challenge.

The game is still going through some hot-fix balance changes to start off the season, and needs slightly improve drop rates of exotics and legendaries (e.g. vendor Xur hasn't been dropping as many 55+ rolled legendary gear as usual, so gearing overall is a little worse then ideal).

The game is a money pit, although there is enough free content to create one META deck if you do the entire solo campaign, free gems, etc. the way the game works decks become worse over time and new powerful cards are always released. As a result, you will need to invest too much $$$ to be able to reliably play against random opponents online, and there are a lot of overpowered decks that exist so the game can feel very unbalanced. Turn 1 wins are not super frequent, but at least 1 in 3 duels I conduct the opponent will play something that hits me for 8k damage using effects during turn one.

Because, you can NOT just buy the cards you want nor trade cards, every bit of money you put in here is simply "gone," I'd recommend playing with the real card game, getting some value for what you are spending, and if you want to play an online version of yugioh there are other options that let you do that for much cheaper. This game could be really good if card trading was enabled, but given how much free goodies new accounts have to be given, I also understand why it isn't the case, cards would be worth pennies within days, and everyone could build every deck, still as the game works right now it just can not be worth the time and money investment over playing regular yugioh at locals or use alternative yugioh online game formats.

This game is a very immersive hogwarts experience. The game hocked me in a way that feels similiar to skyrim, but for a different world experience. I got every single flu fast travel location the moment I got access to my broom. The story is very good and the spell fighting feels really responsive.

The pros:
-amazing spells combat system
-decent story
-great game world (sound track, graphics, etc.)

The cons:
-not rpg enough. (not enough levers to scale your character outside of talens)
-too many unskippable stealth sequences that also require you to wait for your character to say "this is my chance", "its clear for me to go", "this is it" -- which just feels like a overly simple stealth mechanic that is time gating you in a long waiting sequence to "experience" the hiding.
-not enough spells bind-able. The "4" bindable then maximum of "4" slots of 4 is broken in both ways, it should be 5 bindable and as many slots as you want, also the extra slots cost you a talen point each which feels horrible, since you are giving up "power" for just quality of life
-lazy "lockouts" for powerful spells behind progression in the main story. You could spend 200 hours playing the game near the beginning, refusing to do the main story, you'll never learn more powerful spells until you progress the story and do the associated "professor assignments" -- they wont unlock until you've done trials, etc.
-bugs (bad performance optimization for many, if you have a full inventory and open a LEGENDARY chest the item simply goes poof with an error saying your inventory is full (yes, you can never open that chest again and all you got was an error telling you that you already have the maximum carrying capacity).

Overall, this game has sooo much right: the combat feels GOOD for spell casting combat, the world feel rich and lively, the story is worth playing through, but it could use a patch or two for bug fixes and remove some of the "play it at the power lvl we expect you to be and in our way" by giving us true access to spells by doing targetted quests that are always available if you can overcome the challenge, and less "lockout" stealth.

I'd give it a 8.5/10.
The game is missing an inftantly scaling component, you can get spells up with "talents" but eventually you just hit your "cap" and if you don't go dark mode and "change" the ending by using an unforgiveable spell then

This is a very complex 4X game, where you need to develop yourself up around building a set of countries you control early, focus technology to allow you to build space assets, then fight to control space with custom designed ships that are best when you design them yourself (get yourself plenty of point defenses on your expensive fleets to keep that high survival rate). The game has clear stages and offers an intense challenge, the game AI is extremely competent almost to the point of being overly punishing.

My personal wish was that factions would work with you more (especially the resistance, protectorate, initiative -- there is no reason they should hate me more than the other AI controlled factions) and be less inclined to be at conflict with you despite you acting soley to control your initial regions same as the AI is doing. The game is balanced around you play pretty optimally even on a "normal" difficulty, or perhaps I am "bad" at the game, but my recommendation is to watch a quick youtube video on good countries to control (importants of nukes for the end game, etc.).

Still, the game is VERY good and VERY good for not requiring you to play aginst real people!

Another really amazing survival game. Reall feels like your a vampire trying to survive. The crafting and castle building are complex, but do require a decent amount of time to get through, the blood alter is complex, and you really need to do a bit of research to know HOW to progress sometimes.
