This game is criminally underrated.

TL:DR; 9/10

This game is criminally underrated, but don't get me wrong, I understand why. The episodic releases aren't the most appealing idea but it's really not much more expensive than buying any other AAA game. If you don't want to dive right in, try out the starter pack, episode 2 is only £7 after that.

I did allot of research on this before I bought it, as I was very skeptical of how the game is, and I have to say I'm pleasantly suprised. The gameplay is fluent like in Absolution but more difficult, open ended and satisfying like in Blood Money.

Honestly, the only reason this game has mixed reviews is because of the strange manner in which it's distributed. If you like challenging stealth games, go ahead and give this a try.
I honestly think this is the best Hitman game. The previous games (excluding Absolution) haven't aged all too well, with the exception of maybe blood money. This feels fresh, responsive, and just as good, if not better, than Blood Money.

I'm sorry but I wont put much effort into this review, since I want to play more. A few more things to point out, including pros and cons.
Paris and Sapienza are both amazing, and though I slightly prefer Paris, Sapienza is so huge and full of detail it may be overwhelming, and you'll feel the odds stack against you, which is how Agent 47 is supposed to feel.

The only reason I'm making it a 9/10 is because currently the game is not "finished", meaning it may leave some people wanting more. Though, the elusive contracts, challenges and oppurtunities will keep you busy for a long time.

Pros-
Great gameplay
Great sound
Fun amount of challenge
Variety
Creativity
Satisfying as all hell

Cons-
Performance

This is what Postal III should have been, and now is. RWS hates Postal III, and even makes that obvious in this expansion. You will find a house, with Postal III posters, a crashed desktop computer, and a guy hanging from a noose. That's how much they hate Postal III.

And from this hatred, they created a masterpeice. Paradise Lost.

Read my Postal 2 review in a fallout-esque voice and you have my opinion of this game.

Have you ever wanted to dress up as a cop, pee on black people, beat them to death and have other cops laugh at him?
Have you ever wanted to stick a shotgun or AR up a cats rectum and use the cat as a makeshift supressor?
Have you ever wanted to tazer someone to the floor, pour gaseline on their head, set them on fire and then flip them off?
Have you ever wanted to fight a giant jewish cow by throwing sledgehammers at it?
Have you ever wanted to expose yourself to Gary Coleman?

Lord knows I have, and that's why I play POSTAL 2.

Yes, it's trying hard to be offensive.
No, that is not a flaw.
This is my review of HATRED.

TL:DR = 7.5/10

Hatred is a video game that is centred around being violent and offensive, which is why I don't understand why people expected an amazing story. I'm going to review this game in term of its GAMEPLAY, and not its story, and I'm going to keep this review short and sweet.

Hatred is not unique, but it's still a damn good game. When you look past the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ filters and edgy one-liners, you are left with a pretty solid isometric shooter. The executions are satisfying and brutal, and the shooting mechanics are solid. The game has some performance problems, even on my GTX 970, but I can look past this and enjoy the game for how fun it is. I'm planning to hop back ingame soon.

Note: I played Postal 1, Postal 2, Postal 2: Paradise lost, and many other games of this type. Many call this game a ripoff of them, and that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Hatred marketed itself wrong, it was supposedly a pretty free game in which you could kill people in fun ways, but it ended up being a linear slaughterfest. Is this a bad thing?

To answer this, I'd actually point you towards Postal 2. The maps aren't exactly huge, nor are they here, and they both have linear storylines with little customability. However, there are secondary tasks you can perform. Postal 2 does this right, making them enjoyable and funny as hell, but Hatred dishes out the same thing over and over.

This game is underrated, but it's still kind of a one trick pony, I'd be suprised if you get over 50 hours of this game, and if you do, please consult a psychologist.

7.5/10

Yes, it's a clone. Yes, it's lazily made.

But is it boring? No. In fact, this is more enjoyable than the game they cloned. More versatility, and the original was too simple. The microtransactions are one of the least annoying i've ever seen in my entire

I'm writing this review whilst breaking into tears.

This game did something to me, whether that be make me feel like these characters are real, and actually my friends, Or that I had so many experiences in only 14 hours. I laughed, and I cried. I got angry. This game is more than a game.

Before picking up undertale, I thought the game was overrated. I thought, "hey, why not see why this game has so much praise?"

Bet decision of my entire life.

These tears i'm crying are tears of joy.

I'll avoid spoiling, but I just finished the true pacifist ending (with the huge 4th wall breaks), and I just want to give up this life i have, and life in undertale. Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Asriel, all of them, are friends. My friends. I know the game is coded to act specific ways, but no matter what, this will feel real to you in the end. Get this game. Please. You need it. And no matter what... Just keep going.

Never give up.

Never.

Stay determined.
