Q: Do you use shampoo or soap or what for cleaning your head??
A: A bald head requires love and care, which is why I trust the good folks at Dove to produce a good enough body wash to keep my head smooth, shiny, silky and taut.

Q: Turn on your game sound in broadcast!
A: It's on you idiot!!!!

Q: Controller or Wheel for racing?
A: Equipped with a Logitech G27, I typically use a controller for most current racing games, other than DiRT Rally and Assetto (never even tried controller in Assetto.)

Q: Why do you use a controller instead of keyboard/mouse? You suck!!
A: Cuz it rummbbbbbbles.

The secret is getting a competent support agent. You're doing all you can. If you are using a throwaway social club account 'and signed in' - you can try using the compromised account link they have so you aren't signed in. Some users have reported R* agents getting confused, or not being clear in what they wanted - by asking for verification to the 'email' used to create the compromised account ticket, and not the old one. Beyond that, there are some that have had success using the phone callback option (you need to be signed in, and the option only in a few places). Then others, saying R* would refuse to help in those. Entire thing is one gi ant YMMV. /goodluck though, it has been a PITA for years.
