I have given myself enough hours now to write a review I think.

Pros

+ Fast paced
+ Alright gunplay
+ Runs smooth
+ Nice customization
+ Decent amount of weapons to mess around with.
+ Easy to get geared up at the start


Cons (Updated 5/2/22. Look for update tags to see my changed opinions)

- TTK (Time-To-Kill) just feels a bit off. Like sometimes you feel you are dropping someone so quick, and other times they are crazy spongy. I think this needs the most work since you have given each character basically 250 health if you include the armor.

**UPDATE: This has improved slightly but still feels a bit inconsistent. Though it is going in the right direction.



- Tutorial lacks on some key features. Either i'm dumb and missed it, or they didn't mention it, but the tutorial fails to tell you there is a revive system in the game, which is critical at times. I found people would just leave the game all the time after dying and I thought that is how it just was until I learned you can revive people from a friend. It also didn't really explain about the med stores, the gun stores, or the melee weapon stores. I mean it was pretty obvious to figure that on your own but some people are that stupid.

**UPDATE: This actually got worse. I don't know what you did to your tutorial from early access, but that actually taught a bit more than this crap you have. Please for the love of god improve your tutorial.



- The amount of characters to choose from is really limited, and they gave the Nosferatu the best kit, in my opinion. They get a dash that makes them invisible and they move at incredible speeds. And then one gets an ability to locate enemies at a point, that doesn't seem to disappear until they throw them elsewhere, so I hope that gets fixed up. The other characters felt like they were lacking a bit compared to these, so most of the matches I found people just selecting only that clan and nothing else, which forced me to play everything else. Not to say the other characters are bad, but their movement is so much slower compared to the Nosferatu.

**UPDATE: They added one new character from a different clan since early access. I hope to see more come as the game continues to develop. They have tweaked some of the characters already to make them all feel a bit more balanced now and not one feels better than the other like before.



- The audio needs some work. I could tell when people were above me and walking on the roof, I could tell when they were climbing on the building, I could tell when they were leaping, but for the life of me I cannot hear them walking or running anywhere. Work on that please.

**UPDATE: The audio has had a huge improvement and I am finding it a lot easier to hear where people are coming from. I still think the ground movement could be slightly louder but it has seen a big improvement since early access.



- XP gains are incredibly minimal. Seriously going to put a 100 level battle pass out and net me with like no xp per match? Unless you are decent and can manage like top 3 each match, you get jack for xp from anything else besides the daily missions.

**UPDATE: The xp system seemed to have gotten a complete rework and works entirely different now. It is a lot easier to level your battle pass now with them including more challenges and quests to complete.



Overall Opinion?

I kind of agree with the 6/10 this seems to be sitting at. It is not a terrible game, and has some potential. But it also isn't that great compared to some other shooters out right now.

I think the only reason I am still continuing to play it is because it is something new and there isn't much else to play that doesn't feel like a clone. Which is ironic since this is a BR, but I guess it just feels different to me, again it feels...new. But the sad truth as with most BRs nowadays, is that I think this is going to die before it can even really take off. With 20k players being the peak at launch for a F2P BR and now averaging 15k in the day and about 8k at night, I am curious to see if the numbers even hold in a month's time.

And you can say it is early access, but you are already charging people crazy amounts of money for micro-transactions on your cosmetics, and have a battle pass, so this already feels like a release in my opinion, just trying to cash in on what you can before shutting it down from lack of desired numbers from your publisher. Which hey, you do you, I tossed a little in for the battle pass to support because I would like to see it improve, but I also realize it is a BR and they do not live long today.

As it stands, I really wish there was a maybe button, but I am going to give it a thumbs down for now. Hopefully in time they take the current feedback seriously and we see the game improve.

**UPDATE: So as I previously had stated, I had agreed with the 6/10 the game was given. I think this is leaning now more on the 7.5 scale for me as I have seen some good improvements. However, there are still some issues that need work, the TTK being the biggest, and some overall improvements to QOL. And I until I start to see those things change I am not going to change the status of my review. I want to see that they take the feedback seriously from people and make changes as time goes on. Do I think you should play it? Absolutely, it is fun. But do I think you will enjoy it in the long run? Possibly not if they don't improve on things as I mentioned.

I cannot believe how much fun im having. The very simple two button system works out into an amazing fast paced addiction. You may have the speed with your hands but can your eyes keep up?

I definitely reccomend this to anyone looking for something simple and addicting to kill time with. Very very fun!
