It is a good RTS, but it is hard to learn. Deep and rewarding the day for this RTS has passed a bit. The community has boiled down to die hards with anyone with under 200 games being considered bad or a smerf. It has every unit from the cold war you know of any many you don't, decent graphics, an okay single player, and really fun 10v10 mp brawls. Best played with a team of people who know what they are doing it is a really good game. Pick it up on sale, find a group to play MP with, or just give the single player a wirl just remember the AI are dumb as bricks and have to cheat as a result. Really just stick to MP 10v10s and have some fun.
