This is my first review (I think), so don't be surprised if it's crap.

While I enjoyed the main game, I do have to admit the choice and dialogue "Wheel" to be lacking.

With Far Harbour, you can really see Bethesda tried to fix those problems, and I'd say they did so pretty well. Before, you'd have the standard 4 options, along with like one or two choices. But now, it seems like they made it so you'd choose one of the 4, and you'd get another set of 4, and maybe even another. Lot's of choice for digging into a person's past ect.

With this DLC, there is certainly a lot more choice with the story, and how much you help one of the factions will certainly help you. There is also a lot of choice on what factions you can keep and what factions you don't. The story is certainly interesting and fun, and a few of the side quests and characters you meet are very interesting as well. Also, the new armor and weapons you get are very good.

The quest’s aren’t your standard “eh, go here and kill that, I’ll give you money”. There is a lot more depth in most of them, and I appreciate that.

The only two things I didn't like as much about this DLC would be a certain mission where you have to find something... digital... and do a sort of tower defence type of game using the workshop mode. The only other thing is that there aren't a lot of locations, but i'll let that pass because you are on a forested island with a national park after all.

In summary, I'd give this DLC a solid 9/10, just before old world blues and the pit, and right after point lookout.
*lots of choice
*No annoying Preston Garvey/repeating radiant quests
*good side quests
*good weapons and armour
*a new companion
*20-25+ hours of content

Also, check out the cliff edge hotel when you get the chance (Probably when a Ms. Nanny meets you in Far Harbor, or just head north a bit), one of the best side quests i’ve seen in a DLC is there once you start digging.
