Now he is lying about the trade offer. For one, you can check who owns what games through Steam Trade Matcher, and find people who want to trade properly. Clearly he isn't going through STM in order to try to scam unsuspecting noobs. Secondly, the message did not say what he has just said. The message was "I think this is fair." Don't fall for an obvious ignoramus scam.
