fun and challenging game

I've done 4 playthoughs of this game and still can't stop playing it. Safe to say this has become my favorite game of all time.

Fun game altough I would not recommend it if you cannot get at least a stable 60fps in the game, as movement becomes a lot more difficult.

play this game if you like punching your monitor

excellent game

Nominated this game for 'The test of time' award due to the high skill ceiling and how long it takes to 'git gud' as the cool kids say. Really great game overall, but has a problem of hackers in a few games.

This is the most amazing zombie game ever.

I would love to be able to say that,however this is the ONLY zombie game I ever played and I think it will stay like that for long.

So first of all,it's completely free which is why i tried it at all.You can pay ONLY 5 euro for something to give you a few aestethic things like clothes and a new UI(In Unturned 3 the clothes give you an edge because you get around 16 more carry space which you will quickly swap out for normal clothes which provide way more than that).

The only advantage of gold you have is:

1.Generally more respect in servers(In almost all games someone who has something better is usually more respected - For example in TF2 people respect P2Ps lots more than F2Ps)

2.You get acess to special Gold-only servers which boast more loot drops and XP for killing zombies,chopping trees and such.

3.You do the great thing of donating money to a 17-year-old to develop an entire game alone.

Even though the developer is just a SINGLE 17-year-old(as of writing this) he is updating the new 3.0 version almost daily and adding new stuff to use,much unlike entire teams who don't even do anything to update their games and don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about their community and their needs.In this game,Nelson Sexton(the developer) constantly listens to feedback.

I hope this review shows everyone that this is an amazing game.If you just wanna try it,you can download it and play away.If you wanna play the 3.0 versions of the game,just look at the update notes at the bottom of the library page.Nelson shows how to access the beta with every update note(which are always released when an update comes).


I rate this game a 95/100.

Now for the pros and cons

Pros:
1.Great gameplay
2.Quite nice graphics for its style
3.Lots of items in the game with much more constantly being added
4.Even when you get good weapons,you need to watch out because things have damage meters and they will get worse at their jobs(unconfirmed if they break as of yet) and you need to watch your hunger.
5.Nice and easy crafting menu(I 3.0,in 2.2 it was horrible)
6.Things used to build buildings are easly named.

Cons:
1.Game gets quite easy after finding things,however that was sort of fixed with item durability
2.Quite some lag on servers,with zombies being able to hit you from afar and your hits on zombies not registering.

My review of the game:
So I do all the tutorials,think i'll be able to kill all the animals and use all the guns and callers in the tutorials.

NOPE

You ONLY have the rifle you use in the deer tutorial,and I tought ok, lemme use the skills I learnt to hunt deer!

NOPE

I can literally find absolutely nothing to even track deer,even after using my deer caller at least 50 times.
I then find some Fox dung,and can i track the fox?You guessed it.

NOPE

It says I need a licence to hunt foxes,and what the hell?Its not even like other F2P's,where buying something means YOU KEEP IT FOREVER.They come in time-limited licences,similar to what happens in Poptropica and Club Penguin(anyone renember those games?)

And unlike other reviews,the graphics are good,yes,but gameplay is horrible and the environments need to be populated with at least more mule deers because I literally found NOTHING when playing(not in tutorial mode) and the paying model is also horrible.
