It's a good cold war gone hot RTS in the similar vain to the Wargame series by the same studio, albeit this game focuses more on Divisions which means that each Division is more specialized to a certain task. Such as armored division have a really strong and a more wide variety of tanks to select from but will be weaker on the infantry side of things, or maybe you want something with more elite infantry with good heli support so go with an Airborne Division but they will lack heavy tanks, but the plus side is those infantry will have a chance to forward deploy at the start of the game giving you an advantage to grab and hold land before the enemy gets there.
