Overall this game was some of the most fun I've had playing a single-player RPG in a long time. The landscapes really draw you in and it was really easy for me to find myself exploring for hours without a real objective, after all, wandering through Ancient Greece as a Spartan mercenary / Demigod is pretty damn cool.

A lot of the side quests also introduce some decently thought out storylines + side characters, the looting / crafting system is rather basic but it's not bad at all for a casual gamer like me who's not overly concerned with playing a true in-depth RPG (and I know that's not what the AC franchise was originally known for). Gameplay was pretty simple and not a steep learning curve at all when it comes to this game, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing both this game as well as AC Origins if they are on sale again.

Hands down one of the best "Bang For My Buck" purchases I've made when it comes to games, I've logged around 100 hours on each (this includes DLCs) and I could easily play for 100 more if I wanted full completion.

Purchased the Gold Edition of this game for less than $15 when it was on sale and was hands-down the most "bang for my buck" game purchase that I have ever made. First time playing a game in the Assassin's Creed franchise but this game definitely exceeded my expectations.

Ended up playing the game to 100% completion within a month of purchasing it, beautiful landscape design in many map areas and good amount of playtime in the main story / side quests (~60 hours or so) to keep you occupied. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone, ESPECIALLY if it's on sale.

Forever a classic, especially when you play for old times' sake with a few buddies. To this day it remains my favorite FPS game in the zombie apocalypse genre, and the Workshop has TONS of downloadable add-ons like Co-op campaigns / custom textures that add onto the replay value.

I would still highly recommend this game to anyone who likes FPS or Co-op, especially if the game happens to be on sale.

this game's fun to play you're on acid or faded, i always play my own music cause the current music selections are trash. also solid practice for FPS games (i.e., Counter Strike, Overwatch, etc.)

8/10

if it wasn't for this game, i wouldn't even have steam in the first place. this game is the quintessential first-person shooter, maybe outdated in terms of graphics but timeless in terms of gameplay and replay value.

As far as I'm concerned, this game is a real gem in the sense that it transcends traditional definitions of what a game should be. Just when you think you know what's going on, the game instantly proves to you that you don't even have the slightest clue.

9/10 would get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ again.

CS:GO Review
In all honesty, this game is exceptional in many ways (especially if you've played CS 1.6 or CS:S) and it's very well-polished in my opinion. For me, the biggest downsides of the game actually don't come from the gameplay itself but rather the individuals you encounter; some people will literally do nothing but talk ♥♥♥♥ on you all game because that's why they play the game for some reason.

Other than toxic players, which are more or less universal, this game presents a very appealing modern remake of a classic FPS that gives us the choice of playing classic game modes such as Arms Race (Gun Game) and Deathmatch. But I gotta say that the best part of this game for me was the Competitive aspect of it.

I've played semi-competitive CS back in 1.6 but the competitive mode in CS:GO brings a new vibe to the game where you're still extremely determined to win but it's also really just about having fun. Oftentimes, I've met some really great individuals while playing and that's what has made this game so enjoyable for such a long time.

Yeah, there are skins and stuff but don't focus on any of the aesthetics without really exploring what the game has to offer. It's deeper than just a one-dimensional FPS, there are workshop maps and community servers with custom Mods as well for those that get bored of the same repetition.

All in all, if you're mature enough and don't mind getting absolutely REKT on a regular basis (or muting hordes of pre-pubescent children spamming their mics) then buy this game and have a good time.
