an amazing game, im only 8 hours in and i know theres plenty more for me to discover. the cutscenes are incredible and give me chills over accomplishing the most basic of tasks and i think thats great. i'd recommend this game to absolutely anybody.

a good game. it is fun to play survivor, and it is also fun to play killer. many strategies involved. it is like crack once you get into it. this game ISNT about repairing 5 generators, it is about the sexy ass points. glhf

i killed the final boss with deathfog and charming... if that doesn't tell you enough on how you can take the combat and gameplay in any direction, i don't know what will. each battle is completely unique with different elevations and elements, and theres a new strategy every time. i enjoyed every second of the playthrough and definitely want to start another sometime soon. if you like rpgs, you'll love this game. the turn based combat was the only thing i was worried about when purchasing, but the game made it very enjoyable, and the game is co-op!

i would definitely suggest this to anybody.

This game is great on many aspects, however there are multiple downfalls. I don't think the devrs are putting enough effort into fixing the game rather than adding new dinos, which dont get my wrong is awesome, but there are much more important things to be working on. There are no major glitches, but the smaller ones add up.

I got this game on sale and therefore am really happy with my purchase as I love the collectibility and overall stuff to do in the game, and could put 100's more hours into it, and probably am, and I'm excited to see how the devs improve the game through time as this game is still being updated.

I'd give ARK a 7/10 overall. There are a few things that need to be fixed but the game itself and the idea is amazing and "The Island" you will mainly be playing on has many hidden secrets etc that make the game more enjoyable. I would suggest buying this game when it goes on sale, however I don't know if I would spent 32$ on it just yet. :)

EDIT:
Now that this game is 60$, I can't support it as much as I did in my previous review. As I mentioned, 32$ was already a bit pricey due to the bugs and optimization, but because I got it on sale I was willing to get past that... However now that people who want this game have to pay 60$ DOLLARS, I feel I've lost a bit of respect. New players are going to be rare, and the already douchebaggy community is going to die off. It's unfortunate to forsee one of my favourite games regress as I get more into it.

If this game goes on sale for 16$ again, I suggest getting it. However don't ever buy it for 60$ until it's fixed.
