Undertale is a wonderful game and is done right in so many ways it might be better than Papyrus' spaghetti [*WHAT DID YOU SAY?!].

You start off the game in a a cave alone on a bed of flowers. Though it the flowers might appear to be "insignificant", they really aren't. As you progress through the game, you are given three (or four, depending on what you did) ways of playing the game. As you enter the next room, you are introduced to a smiling Flower, appropriately named Flowey [*Howdy!]. He teaches you the ins and outs of the Underground and shows you his LOVE with "friendliness pellets". Though your new mom (or mum) doesn't like this and stops the Flower from spreading LOVE over you like butter. She shows you around the RUINS and teaches you to talk to the monsters and not to hurt them. This is where you make your choice. Kill or be killed, or love and be loved.

Along your adventure to travel back above ground, you'll meet a lot of monsters as you progress through the Underground. Depending on what you do, they'll love you, or they resent you.

Undertale is a game that teaches you what friends really mean, and how it feels when you hurt others. The mechanic of the game is amazing and wonderful, much like the music and Mettaton EX's legs. I recommend this to anyone who has a computer/mac, it's an adventure that you should never miss out on.

If you're going to buy the game, buy the Soundtrack. I've never felt so many different emotions from just a soundtrack alone. And if anyone reading this wants to pirate this game, You're going to have a bad time. Buy the game to support the Dog so it can do more text-to-speech created games. I want Undyne to teach me how to make spaghetti like she does, along with her teaching me how to suplex boulders, because she can and I want to as well.

Overall, this game is a masterpiece full of puns that are bad to the Bone and if this review gets 10,000 ratings I will let someone call me before I destroy the Barrier and entertain people! Buy the game and do the snail race! bOi!!!

EDIT: Now that game's been out for a while and the hype has died as hype does, I thought I'd think back on the rather small amount of time I spent playing the game. Is it still the 'best game evar!!!? No. Definitely not. Is it the worst? No, I'd say this is more of an... alright kind of game, which is a lot more than another franchise can say, no names shall be named, I'm sure the reader can think of a few franchises that have been going down the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Undertale is game you need to play without the influence of others, especially if you broadcast videogames, this is the game you should NEVER post online because of Those Who Shall Not Be Named. I only suggest Undertale to those people who never heard of it, Pope Francis excluded. Don't give The Pope a copy of Undertale.

When I first got this game, I was a very happy man. I had money, friends, family, food, a pokemon game, self-esteem and clean pants. However, when I started this game up, I lost it all. This game scared me so much, it slowly killed from inside. 2 days ago, my house was taken away from me, after my family left me. I now live on the streets and without any clothing except a loincloth, which is brown and yellow, I have nothing left anymore, This game has ruined me forever. 10/10

This game has been in Early Access for a while, but it's an amazing game with great potential! For all of you who like games like Terraria, Starbound and Minecraft; this is a game that will either be just as good, or be even better. Buy the game, it's worth it. As a matter of fact, get the Special Edition!

EDIT: The game is out of Early Access now, and as I said, the game has all the potential. It looks beautiful, the story is nice, your character has a voice and opinion, the building mechanic is clever and the music is very nice on the ears. This still is a game worth buying. Make sure to support the team too! They're nice people!

This game is one of those games meant to be played to death. In my opinion I prefer this game to Minecraft.
I mean, more than 1000 items, I think 200+ mobs, bosses, biomes, weapons and Awesome music. If you love indie games, this game is a MUST.

EDIT: A proper review, if you will.
I've been playing Terraria since 2011, so I must obviously really like this game, right?
The short answer is yes, and the longer answer is also yes, but more elaborately written.

Terraria starts you off (after you make your character create a world for them to inhabit and eventually conquer) with the basic necessities; a sword, pickaxe and axe that get the job done. Your guide - whom must've come to this world before you - suggests you explore the world. If you feel like it, you could build him a house. I'm sure he would appreciate it. Of course, you could always tell him to poke it, cut down a tree and make a fishing rod and call it a day there after collecting some worms from cans.

As you collect more tools, make armour and find accessories, your character will slowly become more powerful, like an invisible EXP system. Your increase in power won't go unnoticed, as the forces of Cthulhu, his minions and the disease spreading across your world will come to reclaim what you're taking from them. Your victories will make you stronger - and them angrier.

Other than the guide your world provided you with, there are many, MANY other friendly NPCs across the world to find, should you have a house for them to reside in, and met the requirements for them to find their way to you. Since update 1.4, NPCs now have preferred biomes and NPCs they wish to live with. Should they be satisfied enough, vendor NPCs will sell a pylon that allows to you to teleport to any other pylon. Overall, they're rather useful.

As mentioned in my very, VERY old review of this game, Terraria had (at the time) over 1000 items. As of 1.4, that amount has quintupled. Terraria in its current state is almost like a shadow of its former, bleak self. While I used to play Terraria almost religiously during the times of 1.1.2, the copious amounts of new features added to the game overall make it a much better experience, and a much better game.

If the basegame isn't good enough for you, there's mod support in the form of tModloader. with mods being added actively. If you don't want mods, there's always Master mode in 1.4 to challenge you. If you would prefer an easier experience, either Journey Mode or creating a world a making a seed called 'fortheworthy'.

Regardless of the choices you make, you're guaranteed to have a good time. It may be a little intimidating for newcomers to Terraria, but the guide is always around to help those in need.

Have I mentioned that this game has multiplayer?
