A bittersweet time manipulation puzzle that only has 3 control buttons - left, right and space. However don't let the easy controls and the charming graphics + relaxing ambient distract you (honestly though it is super relaxing especially the rain sounds). The puzzles are a bit on the easier side, but some levels do require running back and forth to solve it. In the end it is still pretty satisfying to solve when u had that "Aha!" moment.

One feedback though, I wish we could press shift or something to make them run back and forth a bit faster. Especially needed when the levels require a lot of time scrolling.

Game does run a bit short, but I think it is worth the price.

Definitely recommended, both for the unique concept and the relaxing vibe overall. Looking forward to more games from the dev!

This scratches the itch I didn't know I have. It's also super relaxing but at the same time addicting?

A fun, addicting game to play for some relaxing time. Wished it was a tad bit longer, but was worth the price.

Not being my usual happy-go-lucky state, I looked over what games I had. This free typing game caught my attention. Gave it a launch without thinking too much, and was interested with the idea of typewriting. There's also a reminder that there is no right or wrong way to write a letter, as long as you tried to express your feelings through words - that is more than enough.

What I did not expect is, at the end of the game the prompt was for you to write a letter to myself. I found myself a bit choked up - I have never been good with expressing myself but I am trying to learn. I thought to myself, it is cheesy, but hey we've got nothing to lose here. Almost teared up a few times, but at the end of the letter I felt the whole experience was pretty therapeutic. I did feel heaps better. It serves as a way to self-console, without needing to worry about sharing how vulnerable you are to others or possibly to feel like you are a burden to others.

I probably would use this method to self-soothe myself next time. Thank you for the experience.

Bokura is marketed as a coop puzzle game, and it did deliver very well. Both of us have to work hard together with good communication skills to solve the puzzle. There's no back-riding for this game.

The person I played with - we always have really good communications and we both constantly in search for a good coop experience and this one was definitely recommended from the both of us. There were a few puzzles that we were frustrated on as we both were shown different things on our screens, but we just had to describe things better and have more patience. If you and your p2 doesn't have a good communication skill, this game won't be enjoyable for you.

Also for someone who loves cute stuff, I constantly rubbed it in his face (like every 10sec) that I got the cuter settings on our first playthrough lmao

[Beauty play, me plural like]

Chants of Sennaar is such an interesting take on a game about linguistic. You need to decipher 5 different languages, and even get the chance to cross translate them in attempt to reconnect the people of different cultures. Having interest with languages, I knew I had to play this game upon trying out the demo.

Requiring logic, observation, and deduction skills (maybe calligraphic skill for some, I didn't analyze the symbols that much), you can try to figure out what the languages meant. Gradually increasing difficulty - the first language was a nice introduction to the concept. This game even set a different grammar for all the languages to make things more complicated. The grammatical differences makes the cross-translation really fun and satisfying to do when you get the right answer.

Not gonna lie, as someone who loves puzzle game; this game teased my brain in a different (but in a good) way.

Now for the cons: I am not too fond of the stealth part of the game. Without a map, for someone who is pretty bad at remembering paths I wasted quite a lot of time trying to backtrack into a room. Especially with 5 different 'worlds', there's just a lot of pathing you need to remember if you would like to 100% the achievements.

Go and play this game; but beware - this game will exhaust you out but you will keep coming back to it because it is hella addicting. Recommended 10/10.

Tried the demo last year, and I knew straight away I am going to get this game.

The last campfire is a very cozy puzzle game of you playing as Ember, the cute tiny creature who tried to help rescue other 'forlorn' to get back their flame. Surprisingly a wholesome game with a serious undertone about losing hope and depression. However, little ember will try to help and give some advice that is applicable for us players. In fact, the game hits me hard at times and got me a little emotional.

Fully narrated with a bit of accent, and she also had lisp - it is not a bad thing; I find it matches the vibe of the game.

The only downside, as a puzzle players I found a lot of the puzzles (especially the last leg of the game) very simple and easy. It felt a little bit underwhelming. This game has a bit of challenging puzzles as well, so It has a good range but mostly pretty simple puzzles.

Definitely would play again this game sometime, recommended.
