I have a pretty decent computer. Even at 1080p, super performance, low settings I get sub 30fps with constant stutters.

Resident Evil 2 (remake) is a great reimagining of a classic game. It has good controls, great setpieces, environments and visuals and a very engaging story. However, the game can be a little frustrating since it's a lot of backtracking and wandering around. Overall, I enjoyed my time with the game and would definitely recommend it to old fans of the series and as your first Resident Evil game.

Grand Theft Auto V is a game that takes everything it's predecessors did well and ramps it up to 11. With a huge, detailed world, solid mechanics and an entertaining story it's the best in it's class. However, the game isn't without flaws. The online portion is designed as a money making machine, with everything being locked behind hours of grinding or MTX. Personally, the singleplayer sells the game to me alone, but your mileage may vary.

Shovel Knight truly encaptures what made the 2D platformers from the days of old great yet brings something new and innovative to the table. I can't recommend this game more, one of the best games of the year.
