A very enjoyable 2D physics puzzle platformer. The physics feel really good in this one; the ball, simple as it is, is one of my favourite avatars from any game. You will, however, need pretty good reflexes and timing for the puzzles. The graphics are beautiful too, and those and the puzzles are somewhat reminiscent of Limbo, but without the grotesque deaths.

The game cries out to be played with a gamepad, but unfortunately it's not gamepad-enabled. However, if you have a gamepad that can map buttons to keys (such as the Logitech/Logicool ones), that will work quite well.

A classic little 8-bit-style RPG (best played with a gamepad) with some quite humorous elements. It's perhaps a little longer than the gameplay and story really support, but not too much so. An enjoyable gaming snack!

Fun little platform/puzzler that reminds me a bit of Lemmings (both in cuteness and puzzleness). Also, at low graphics settings, runs fine on Linux under Wine!

A totally sweet little retro-feeling puzzle/adventure game, but with graphics and play modern enough that it's not annoying. It reminds me a lot of Impossible Mission, actually. And it's the first game in years where I prefer the D-pad over a joystick. Totally worth it on a Steam Sale.

Another one that's seen a lot of hours on the PS3 version. Not a terribly deep game by any means, but it's sure a lot of fun running around blowing things up. The grapple and parachute (especially with the dual thrusters) make it a joy to scoot and fly around this beautiful world, which is breathtaking with its wide array of different environments, from snow-covered mountains to lush jungles to arid desserts.

I put more than 80 hours into the PS3 version of this, but happened to get the PC version as part of a package. The grapple works a lot better with a mouse.

Not quite as slick in gameplay as Fallout: New Vegas, it's still a classic with wonderful art. Don't be fooled by my time here; I've put over 300 hours into the PS3 version. But the PC version looks noticeably better.

Source is a great port. Makes it fun getting retro.
