Great remake! Adds lots of QoL improvements while at the same time preserving the magic from the original game.

Fun 3rd-person PvE shooter!

This is the best game of its genre that FromSoftware has released to date. It truly feels like an epic adventure. The world is huge and beautiful. The perils and horrors you will face, insurmountable. The story, intriguing. That said, it does have a few blemishes. Crafting feels a little pointless. Also there are some assets reused from other games. But overall, I'd recommend this as the definitive Soulsborne experience.

Was this as good as the original Subnautica? No. The world is half as big, the creature designs are lazier (there are some that are literal whales and penguins with little change from their Earth counterparts), and the more guided storytelling comes at a real cost. The result is something that feels like "Subnautica Light". Not as big, immersive or as scary.

But was it still a good game? I think so. Thankfully the original formula is so good that "a bit more of the same" suffices in this case.

Subnautica is insanely fun, beautiful and scary at the same time. The game is full of bugs and visual glitches - it's also SO GOOD that I didn't care about it.

This game definitely grows on you as time goes on. It's a very different style of RTS than what I'm used to. The setting is amazing and it's a lot of fun once you get the hang of the mechanics.

A great RPG in the same vein as N64 Paper Mario. Completely hilarious, moreso if you follow the tv series.
