They should just include all blood DLC for other TW games for free if you already own at least one from another TW game...

Just a positive review to counter the many negative ones because the game runs fine for me on mostly very high with textures on ultra @ 2560 x 1080 res with the following hardware....

i5 4670k
GTX 980 ti

And of course I turned off MSAA... so I get around 50-60 fps in action environments.
