Having now beat the game I can say it definitely has its faults but for me as someone whole was looking for something Far Cryish with vampires it fit that hole. Worth $20 on sale but not full price.

One of the most well executed games I've ever played. Something a AAA studio could/would never do with what I imagine is half (less) the funding. Do NOT touch after a few beers.

PROS:
Great parkour game-play (Improvement on the first)
HUGE amount of content
Insanely map verticality with lots of detail and interiors
Solid variation in missions
The night/day relationship is MUCH better than in the first
Grappling hook isn't game breaking
Campaign decisions hold weight

CONS
Infected much more aggressive and constantly grab you
Story is just okay, much like the first
Occasionally getting stuck in geometry

Advice:
Play on hard mode

As a fan of the first, I'm extremely happy and constant updates have really polished things.
