The amount of care and dedication put into this game is phenomenal. The world is small enough to become close too, and complex enough to hold your interest for multiple playthroughs. If you've got any interest in text-based adventures or enjoy a bit of world-building, spend a bit of time giving Roadwarden a run.

Hades solidifies Supergiant Game's dedication to producing high-quality, unique games that are not only fun to play, but deeply inspiring. Every piece of this game fits together in perfect harmony, encompassing its original design, characters, art-style, mechanics, and (my personal favorite) its music design and integration. Playing through Hades not only brightens my day and challenges my resolve to improve at the game, but also reminds me to go out and create so that the future will be full of more games like these.
