Pros:
-Fast matchmaking. You will be seeing people from other platforms like consoles and mobile devices, sometimes I get connection warning but I did not notice the lag. I got disconnected during a race 1-2 times but that's pretty rare.
-Fast loading times.
-Nice tracks and shortcuts and techniques to discover.
-Various frame rate options.
-You can change steering sensitivity.
-Supports private games.
-Supports local splitscreen gameplay.
-You can earn premium currencies in various ways by playing the game.

Neutral
-As a free player, getting enough resources to level up a character can be frustrating. For the first 10-15 hours you can probably have fun playing it casually, but after you hit the limit it's pretty demotivating to continue to play.

Cons:
-You cannot customize your key bindings or controller.
-Daily box has a countdown timer of 24 hours after claiming instead of using server time to reset.
-Ranked multiplayer has some serious issues with the balance which always puts you in a game with several people who have much higher level than you, making it impossible to win and even finishing in top 3 can be quite difficult in this case, I also feel that some characters have overpowered abilities and some feel absolutely useless.
-There is another multiplayer mode called 'Regulated Multiplayer' which forces everyone to play with the same level and you also get to try some new characters that you haven't unlocked yet. However, you don't get much reward in this mode, you can fill up the meter pretty quick and afterwards you won't be getting anything new until the server reset which would take several days.
