A great game hindered by the annoying no safe beginning area and for some pc port issues. Those 2 negatives get far outshined by the greatness of the rest tho! After getting used to the combat (By you guessed it, repeating the no save area) the game becomes incredibly fluid and fun. Dodging around doing combo's, parrying attacks and shooting powerfull lasers it all feels absolutly great.

Now i have to say as well the game contains several gameplay modes like normal action mode, twin stick mode, 2d platformer mode and likely many more however i feel like some of them do not work well in the game but nevertheless these are mostly short sections so i can live with them.

Audio and visually the game also does a decent job although some of the enviroments are visually lackluster but the soundtracks in every map definetly make up for any issues in that regard. About the story i can't say much yet since i havent finished it at this point. But overall i feel like this game is easily worth a buy.

Finished the story and i have to say this game really starts to shine when its all coming together at 2/3 of the game. If it wasn't for the enviroments and some repetitive aspects of the game then this game would have truly been a masterpiece.
