As many others already mentioned there is a huge server problem. Game often gets stuck in loading screen at 15% or 90%. Was not able to play today for 4 hours straight because of that issue.
It's horrible that singleplayer missions require an online-connection, very frustrating. Especially if it's that unreliable.

I really enjoy the game itself, could be a bit more challenging, but it's perfect for the casual RTS player.

Unfortunately because of the technical server problems, I can not recommend you to buy this guy, even if it is cheap.


Update: After the offline update I finally can enjoy this game. (well, it's working fine only on one of my two computers without issues (some global.xml is missing).
