An absolutely unique and fun experience, and a game worth trying for anybody who likes dungeon crawling, extraction games, or inventory-tetris looters. Please please please don't let the recent review bombing sway you from giving the game a shot, Dark and Darker is genuinely some of the most fun I (A 27 year old man who grew up on RPG's and Diablo knockoffs) have had in years.

Performance problems are very real and unacceptable in a AAA release in this day and age, but the game itself is phenomenal and worth playing. Absolutely phenomenal combat, mechanics, and depth to a game I and many others have waited years for.

For gods sake, ignore the talk of microtransactions. They have absolutely zero bearing on the game, and you will never have them be mentioned or advertised to you unless you are specifically looking for them. Every Microtransaction purchase is in game items you can get with a small amount of play.

Good game, best combat I have played in a game in absolute years. Please dont be a child, just ignore the corporate shilling.
