Outstanding game. Good pixel art, tense horror themes, excellent style, addictive gameplay, fantastic stories, tons of content, and an oppressive sense of impending doom in each of your highly customizable walkthroughs. It's all here.
It perfectly captures the spirit of Japanese horror, which is even more impressive when you know it was made by a Polish developer.
I also find the music in the game absolutely masterful and exceptional. I don't like chiptune music, but this one doesn't bore me even after hours of playing.

Exceptionally good, well made and overall fun game. It has style, it has funny and quality animations. And it has unique gameplay. It's just good. And it's triple the fun when you play it with your friends. If you have someone to play with, buy this game right now.
I also want to address (some) of the negative reviews I've seen here. They are written by total tryhard sweats who are upset that this casual game is balanced to stay casual (in a good way) to attract as many people as possible. I can assure you, you don't want to play against these people complaining here, ignore them, they are not fun to play with in this game. And this game is fun.
And also a big plus of this game is that it has the recently added karting mode. There aren't many good karting games on PC. This one is.
I really recommend this game to everyone, it's hilarious, adorable, frustrating (at times) but always fun to play

I literally played for 1.5 hours without it before I noticed something was wrong. And saves don't work after you patch the game, so any progress you make will be lost. So don't make the same mistake, PATCH FIRST THEN PLAY!

But seriously, this is a very good little game with thought out gameplay, excellent style, and outstanding design. I really like everything about this game, it's just well made and has a lot of effort put into it. it's very obvious that the author cares about his product. And imagine my shock when I found out that this game, which is extremely popular on youtube with millions and millions of views on dozens of different videos by very big youtubers from different countries and in different languages, has about a hundred reviews here on steam and a basically dead discussion page, which means that despite being popular on youtube, it hasn't really done well on steam, despite being pretty cheap. A very strange case and I feel really sad about it. This game deserves a lot more attention. It's just good, it has some lore, good gameplay, very nice VHS and Windows 3.1 stylization. And even though it's a horror, it's... Cute. Sorry (not sorry), but when I see this robowaifu or hear her running up to me from behind, the only tension I feel is in my pants...

So yeah, I wish the author won't give up, because this game shows that he's a capable game designer with very good taste, and I wish there will be more games from him in the future. Fingers crossed! You don't often see such small indie games made with so much effort. I mean, just looking through the papers was interesting, they looked absolutely real, and the MAIDAI manual looked really cool (although a bit old-fashioned for the 90s, but I'm just nitpicking here). And her design is... whew, it's just good, okay?

It's really funny how the "evil" MAIDAI, who is hunting down five other playable MAIDAIs, is actually just trying to prevent the whole robot manufacturing plant from being blown up by the previous owner, who lost his robot manufacturing business after some bullsh*t corporate shenanigans. And it's you, the player, who's actually evil, because you're literally looking for remote controls for the explosives (probably put there by humans) because it's just easier to set off the explosives with robots, it seems. (Well, you actually play as a detective watching the tapes, yes, yes, but still). I also wish the game had more documents about the robowaifus acting up. This is a horror game, after all, and I'd rather have more of that than the whole corporate plot. But it's all good anyway.

I liked the game and I wanted to play more and see different scenarios and outcomes and eventually have all the achievements. But there is a "Cucked" achievement, and since I'm not going to get it, there's no point in me getting other achievements as well, because it won't be possible for me to complete the game 100%. I'll pass, I have some self-respect.

Yes, I see that Haunted PS1 demos influenced someone to the point of making their own assortment of short games. I liked these.
The only question I have is why do DVD boxes with printed covers have blank CDs inside?
