Pros:
Lots of fun
Unique and interesting story
Rather long story but not repetitive
Aerial attacks
Great 1912 feel
Steampunk
Range of vigors and weapons
Wide variety of playstyles
Mini bosses have their own style, attacks, and weakpoints (no two mini bosses are the same)

Cons:
Common enemies are very similar (I'm nitpicking because there's nothing bad about this game)
Really nothing else

One of my favorite games of all time

Pretty good, cool tf2 items
