How did you get them both mixed up?

12am= midnight, 12pm= midday, thats why i got confused

if you start sleeping at 1am and wake up at 12am then you have only slept for 11 hours -.- nobody can sleep through an entire day, and also, since I have steam on my phone, it probaly always says im online. Also why are you waking up at 12am on school days?

Probaly becuase you don't have a set time to sleep, try going to sleep at the same time for 2 weeks, I use to not be able to sleep aswell, becuase I stayed up all the time, trust me, its not worth it.

But did you wake up at that time, or stay awake until that time? I was aslweep at 00:20 but for you that is 02:20 (your 2 hours ahead, not 1)

Thats not good Bodi, sleep at latest 1am and try to wake up atleast before 12am this is the method I go by on weekends and holidays.

Steam gets updated every day, and something like this would be patched very quickly if it was a glitch.

Its not a glitch though, it is like that on purpose, having new accounts that can't send or accept steam friend requests is not really practical for most accounts.

my friend said she has steam so long ago but she said japnimejunkie instead of japanimejunkie and i found it days ago but she said then its her father's steam XD

Also, the reason why you can't add people is becuase your havent bought anthing on steam, you need to spend $5 USD worth of money on steam.
