When working with a set of data, bloodq3 is beginning to learn how to organize the results, but is not yet ready or competent enough to draw the right conclusions. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, bloodq3 engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully.
