Completely inscrutable story, but the cutscenes have decent set pieces and the combat is top notch - much more than just an iteration on Halo

This is the only roguelike shoot-em-up I've ever seen, but I hope this catches on, it's a great mashup.

A perfectly tuned, precision side-scrolling platformer. With procedurally generated levels and a deeply robust character development system, Rogue Legacy will hold your attention for weeks. If you love the old 8-bit Marios and Megamans, this is for you.
