This is not so much a game as it is an experience, and it is a good one.

This game is nowhere near as playable as Space Engineers, and has very little that you can do. While I do have high hopes that it will become something interesting, at this point it is hardly a game at all. I'll definitely be keeping my eye on it and won't be seeking a refund, but I would suggest you look elsewhere if you want to play a medieval themed sandbox, at least until this becomes a more polished title.

Edit: I will be seeking a refund on this title after all, including the gift copy I bought for a friend.

Initially I had given this game a poor review as in the first year or so after release there had not been a ton of new content released. However, over time this game has improved quite a bit and definitely hit the original mark set by the developer. I would definitely recommend this game now.

This game is amazing, every time you level up a robot arm comes out of your computer and brings you to climax

This is the final chapter in the X:3 episode of the X franchise. It is a solid game, very similar in style to freelancer. I would consider it a spiritual successor to freelancer if it did not lack multiplayer. It has strong strategy elements to compliment the first person space combat core around which the gameplay is built, with the ability to control multiple ships simultaneously, a feature which is greatly enhanced by a myriad of free third party mods. Modding this game can become quite complicated, but can add new depth to an already deep and engaging experience. While I will recommend this game for anyone who enjoys space flight sims, 4x games, or strategy games, I do so with the caveat that it is not for the faint of heart.
