This game is ♥♥♥♥, windrunner has been broken for 2+ years

update November 2024:
Windrunner is still broken, neutral items are literally a gamble -- play for 40mins just to gamble the wrong neutral items, oh well, might as well leave... Dota 5 or whatever this is might as well be a gacha game.

Not a single server works. I am refunding as I do not see this being a positive experience for at least another few months, perhaps a year or two.

Just forget about it for a bit, it's a waste of time and money atm.

This is a console port... No way to hide it boys and the 2-5 girls in the world that play pc games other than fortnite. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cut scenes, ♥♥♥♥♥♥/nonexistent voice overs, poor character customization, linear weapon progression (from what i c now), VERY simple combat, dull ai, etc.... Sh1r game honeslty, worth $20 at most. Oh and add in the fact that playing with friends requires jumping through 30 hoops and solving the da vinci code.

IP banned for too many login attempts for an undisclosed amount of time -- checked forums, some r saying that they have been banned for this reason for days lol..

I guess i shouldn't be mad, the title says "spintires". Thats literally what this game is about, spinning tires all day long, its like a hold W sim. If u ever want to find out if your W key works, u can always fire up this game and see a visual representation of 4-6 wheels spinning to show you that yes, your W key works.

Great holding W sim, 10/10.

At first I REALLY liked this game, it was like a mini warcraft + civ game but then I noticed how shallow it really is... Give it 6 hours against AI and you'll notice that the AI is just legit cheating, late game is non existent because of food requirements for troops so fighting is kept at a minimum. This game caters to bunkering down and just winning via tech/trade conditions -- not combat. I wanted to like this game but like others said, it doesn't really do anything remotely well.. The civ aspects r lacking, the warcraft aspects r lacking, its really just not complete -- its a $30 650MB game LOL.... Some of my iphone games r bigger than that!!! At its current stage, it just not worth it -- especially since the upcoming DLC is just bringing another race and an extra unit... They need serious balancing and MANY improvements towards gameplay mechanics b4 releasing more races... Theres like 5+ races already.. Trust me, wait for a sale ($10 and under!), it ain't worth it atm.

Needs more diversity in level design, combat and monsters.. Perhaps unique bosses and ♥♥♥♥ and 5 player teams!! WTF, there are 5 heroes, why not 5 player teams???

Also, for whatever reason the weapon switching is clunky af.. Ill go from wand to sword and theres like a 1 second delay before I can block -- if it even switched the weapon at all.

I've put like 15+ hours in this game in the span of 2 days... It's surprisingly fun!

Would like to see tool tips, more vehicles and perhaps some lore. I'd also like to suggest decluttering the environment, I think the random rocks are really annoying and I bet the put a serious strain on my PC.

Legit does not work in 4 coop. I am a popular guy, I have friends, I want to play this game with 3 other friends but it does not let me. Refund, do not buy.

Was looking forward to playing this game but there isn't a resolution that works... My monitor is 2k so I switched the res to 2k and from that point on, I couldn't use my mouse. I'd hover over buttons and they wouldn't work, have to resort to keyboard arrow keys... I tried switching resolution back and reinstalling the game but nothing works, its for ever ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lol.. So dissapointed. Windowed mode doesn't work either. The game is literally broken.
