What a great beat 'em up game this is. I don't normally play games of the genre, but I used to have a Sega Genesis years ago and remember first playing this game on that. I then relived that childhood by playing it in the Genesis Mega Drive game collection on Steam, but the newest adaptation just looked so amazing.

From the animations, to the environment, to the characters themselves, this game is a beautiful game to look at as you're throwing, punching, kicking, and blowing up the bad guys trying to take over the city. Every character that I've played has felt amazing to play and you can combo with them to add to the gameplay. They even brought back the old versions of the most iconic characters from the original 3 games! It's great fun.

And the music??? You'll be banging your head up and down so hard you'll get a headache. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed a soundtrack like this game's, and the music really hypes you up and makes you want to beat everyone that gets in your way.

Such a great game, I can only imagine playing this with friends, it could be even MORE fun. But from a singleplayer only perspective, this game is a must get for people that are fans of the series and as well as people that just want to mindlessly beat people up.

If you try your best not to compare this to the EA Skate series and learn how the controls really work, this game becomes a very fun game. With the mod support you can find on discords and online, the game really shines. The current build only has two maps but when the full release comes out it should release with more maps and outfits to choose from.

The way flip tricks are done are smart, where each analog stick controls each foot. When you get used to it, it becomes super easy to pull off nice lines. There are minor glitches with grinds and stuff, but it doesn't take away from the fun you'll have.

Definitely get some mods to improve the game as well, with more maps, clothes, multiplayer, and other mods to choose from!

I've been playing this since before it came out on Steam. Great fun, get to use all my accessories from Rockband here. The only issue is that the calibration is a little tricky to get right, but the game is great when it's perfect!

Great fun, better than the old browser game. A huge new update is coming out soon for it too so it's going to be even bigger and better than it already is!

Loads of fun trying to beat other people's times and making new tracks, will be playing this for a while!

This game doens't teach you how to actually surf, but it teaches you some quick reflexes and hand eye coordination.
I don't know if that helps when you really surf, but it surely helps in this game.

10/10 would go up and down flat waves again

While everyone continues to ♥♥♥♥♥ about a game that JUST released a day ago that tons of people anticipated, with all its bugs and ping problems and bugs, you need to give it some time. The game just came out, servers will be full, and it may be unstable at times. That will fix with time.

The game's fantastic when it works. Many servers work, but have too many people in a small map, thus making ping higher and the experience less enjoyable.

Try finding servers with less max players and smaller ping. Get some friends and BOOM; fun.

Patches and updates will follow. Please give it time. Until then, try to find servers, or portforward to make your own listening server! Can't wait for more updates and patches. :-)

-Have you ever dreamed to kill terrorists and even be a terrorist?
-Love playing the same, universal map over and over just because it's the only map you'll ever know? (*cough* dust2)
-Have you a desire to work as a team to complete objectives?
-Do you know how to speak Brazilian-Portuguese and Romanian? (Awesome because many servers have players that have Brazilians, Romanians, and many other South American/Eurpoean players)
-Love nostalgia?
-Love to have fun?
-Love getting an extra game with bots in it for free?
-Love randomly dying from wallbangs?

Great, you've come to the right game. Seriously though, despite the somewhat smaller North American community (Which is still big for the old game it is) it's probably one of the greatest games i've ever come to play, and i've only had it for about a year, and i'm gonna add hundreds of thousands of hours playing this. I don't even have actual friends that play with me yet I can still have fun with this game. From the countless recoil patterns to remember from all the guns, to the extremely friendly community (for the most part) and playing all these classic maps. Yes, of course there's hackers, you'll see a few of them, but they don't ruin the game. Either the server's admin can just ban them or you can just go to a different server, it's not gamebreaking or anything. And besides, if you get this you also get Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, which has bots. Hell, you can even download Zbots for 1.6, and it waypoints for you! Definitely get this game. This game stands the test of time.

10/10 Would throw brick-looking grenades at terrorists again.

I have no clue why this game is so disliked by so many; because the game doesn't work? And you didn't give developers time to fix the bugs? Good grief.

For people who want to find an arcade-styled game with all the teams and updated rosters, and have fun, this game is the game for you. There's not much to it, there's Season, Postseason, and finally, Exhibition. If there were more gamemodes to choose from, like, for example, home derby and practice mode, where you can practice only hitting or fielding, it would be worth the $20. The game isn't worth 20 bucks for me, more like 15, or even 10, but that's pushing it. Overall, there aren't many bugs that irk me as of yet, and the game's so much fun, and i'm planning to play a LOT more. Pick this game up, but I suggest from a sale. :-)
