Still the best survival game out there, especially on modded servers.

Gunplay is decent.
FPS is good.
It's very barebones and feels a bit clunky.
Game crashes a lot right now.
The way the devs and mods on Discord handled their release was very unprofessional with both devs and mods putting dates and saying its 100% releasing this date and then this date and then prolonging release just makes me question this game as a whole.
Hopefully they'll prove me wrong.

I used to love this game but over the last couple of years the game have only been going in a downwards spiral, and very fast.

Don't buy this game, seriously. The developers doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about this game and fixing some very major problems even though they say its a "passion project". They only care about releasing skins so they can get another quick buck. (Check how many skins you can buy, it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke)

Game should be called Event: Showdown. Theres constant events going on changing the pace of the game (for the worse - turning a somewhat slow paced game into a complete SNOOZEfest where people will literally sit afk an entire match) and this last event has been absolute trash and no different from the rest. They reuse every mechanic from prior events and just pump out these ♥♥♥♥ events. But hey, devs made money again so they are happy even though the community is trashing everything about this game right now.

I very much doubt that the devs even play their own game. Or maybe they are only queing for soul survivor and rubbing one out in the bushes with the rest of the braindead players.

EU servers are overrun by Chinese players and other players from countries that shouldn't be able to connect to EU. They talked about lowering the ping to servers YEARS ago but nothing have been done and it's legitemately been YEARS ago when I say this. Nothing has been done. They don't want to regionlock either for some odd reason. But I guess it's fine for them since they don't play this garbage anymore.

I'd genuinely stay away from this hot garbage, unless you like getting killed by Chinese players named [][][][][][][][][][][][][] through walls 300 meters away through different compounds.
(I'll say it again, the devs don't care)

It's like a scuffed Zombie Master.

Gameplay is super clunky and it can easily take 10-15minutes to find a game.
