Xx_edgemeater_xX swiftly peeks around the corner of a chipper situated on Shankill Road, where a convoy of dissident Irish Republican Army soldiers await to engage opposing British forces in a western style standoff. The clock strikes 12 as shots are fired on both sides. Witnessing the violence he endured as a child fuelled Xx_edgemaker_xX's passion to fight not for the unity nor separation of Ireland. "The time is now or never" he thought as his legs sprung into motion before he could doubt himself. Leaping into no-man's land in the middle road between each side of the conflict. The crossfire of bullets almost spun him out of balance as he tried to make his presence known. Soldier by soldier, both sides ceased fire, bewildered by the crazy man on the road. Xx_edgemaccy_xX was short of breath, and he knew these soldiers wouldn't have a lot of patience for him. With the last pint of air left in his lungs he shouted - "Do not redeem it!"
