I could never get into CK2, despite being a big fan of Paradox games in general. It had too much DLC, an ugly map and was very unpredictable, causing more then a few rage quits. This game fixes many of the issues I had.
The map is amazing. Many DLC features now in the base game. Good tooltips and explanations. Strong recc.
