Great game, has its bugs but will be ironed out hopefully.

For those experiencing that "sluggish feeling" ignore your fps counter being at 200+fps or whatever and lock your game at 60fps in Nvidia/AMD control panel and turn on VSYNC and 60hz in-game. Game animations at higher than 60fps seem to revert back to a 30 fps lock.
