If you have non-gaming friends or family it's something that they can enjoy hanging out and watching also.

Buy songs on sale; learn to play guitar, or sing to the scrolling lyrics-you can do that too.

I'll play anything Akihiko Yoshida touches. Great game, but the ending could've been better. (Also owned on PS2)

This game should not be $50. It's 18 years old now. It's more expensive than the enhanced Skyrim. The sale price should be the regular price. GREED.

NYC2020SIMULATOR

One of the all-time great 3rd-person shooters.

Rather short but worth it, especially on sale. The screenshots and clips don't do a great job explaining the game, and don't do it justice. But this game is beautiful, deep, clever, and soulful. It gets its point across wonderfully. Don't overlook it.

Made me feel like a kid again from the very first lap! It FEELS FAST in a way that not many racing games really capture. This is a difficult game though if you want gold medals and to win. (The time trials and global ranking system is also a nice perk, though i'd like to see the obvious cheaters at the top wiped out.) Make sure you have a dual analog stick controller to play or you'll have a bad time. Also, the soundtrack is awesome and a nice complement to the style and speed.

My only big gripe is that the DLC is overpriced if not on sale, and that if you don't have it there are constant reminders in the game that you don't have this or that track or vehicle, but the DLC tracks are great and *are* worth it if you do find them on sale (which they are as i'm currently writing this). Another little note to the devs-(Hey make the medals shinier please, they currently look like a plastic toy you'd get for 25 cents out of a vending machine while leaving Wal-Mart, even on "Epic" graphics.)

brilliant survival game. the campaign first time through was of a respectable length though i wouldnt have minded if it was longer. the gameplay is fantastic. there are only a handful of games with an underwater setting or diving and this one happens to take place on an alien planet. i only wish it had multiplayer and more replayability, but im not complaining! got my money's worth and had a great time. looking forward to the sequel!
