this game was so fun it made me stop playing online multiplayer games for 50 hours of my life.

hades is a great game for people who want to be somewhat challenged mechanically while still playing a single player story experience. my main gripe with single player games was just that i would get bored with the lack of complexity in what my character could do in the fight sequences. with hades, there are near infinite combinations for how you can build your character, the weapon you use, the keepsakes you equip, and the mirror upgrades you select.

hades definitely was the game to get me more interested in rogue-likes as a genre, and also a gateway to being more interested in single-player experiences.

-rep I saw this ace with his flashlight and smug smile in my lobby. I was scared at first but then I remembered I had my prized perk franklins demise which came with my strong character 'the cannibal'. Now I was the one with the smug smile, and this guy had no idea what was coming for him. I killed all of his teammates and didn't see him the whole round(def was scared of my perky bubba muscles). Until he finally came out of a bush on coal tower, with all the confidence murking his teammates gave me I swung my mighty chainsaw at him and he preformed a 'three hundred and sixty degree spin' or whatever these silly survivors call it and made me smash right into a wall! He then tbagged me while laughing and in endgame chat bullied me when he was the one exploiting! Please nerf survivors and take away their ability to turn :(
