You'll need a hex editing program to modify the text there. I'd recommend XVI32. You can replace all the text, but remember to NOT press backspace to delete characters, as that will break the file. Press space for a blank slot. There's a good youtube guide on it here:

Thanks for letting me know! While you're here, super huge thanks for making the unmasked Richter and Son to mobster templates. Those two sheets alone easily saved me dozens of hours of work in a campaign that's easily taken hundreds more.
