Good for the meme, but not much else. Artwork was ok.

As a minesweeper fan, the gameplay was lacking. You'll commonly encounter bad starting tiles. There is no flag mechanic. When you lose, only the mine you clicked is revealed (turns into a red tile) instead of all the mines on the board. Some of the menu buttons don't have icons. The music is good (classical, not too loud) and can be turned off. There are only 10 levels, and you'll finish them quickly.

If a meme is worth $1 for you, get it.
