Welcome to "The Forest"
The opening sequence is really impressive. Starting on an aeroplane, with your son, and suddenly everything starts shaking and everything blacks out. You later wake up on the aeroplane aisle to see a weird looking naked man lifting your child up in his arms and walking off the plane. Black out again, and now you’re on your own.
There’s an axe, there’s some food, and there’s a forest to start surviving in.

The Game has all the survival elements you'd expect, hunting animals, fishes for meat, such as gathering items to construct your base and craft items, to managing various stats such as hunger, stamina, and even sanity. You have a tremendously large backpack/inventory capacity to hold items required to survive "The Forest".You'll also be doing all your crafting in the inventory space, by combining resources you find. Much of it is what you'd expect, such as combining two sticks to make a spear for example.

You are not alone here, you already have numerous weird looking cannibals ready to eat you up as you explore along with various woodland creatures, are a tribe of nocturnal, cannibalistic mutants, who dwell in villages on the surface and in deep caves beneath the surface you walk on. Unlike so many video game enemies, the cannibals aren’t abrubtly aggressive, sometimes they run away, sometimes they’re content to follow you to your base, but their usual behaviour is aggressive, especially during the night, testing your survival and combat skills.

Below the surface, things can get a bit more interesting, a huge sinkhole connecting multi-layered caves to find a way to your son, discovering things on the way.

Throw all this in with the option for up to eight-player cooperative multiplayer and The Forest isn't only a great horror survival game, it's also a great place to spend time with friends.

Pros :
Stunning Graphics
Exploration is fun
Crafting is Enjoyable
Map(Above and Below the surface)
Storyline
Co-op
Game Size (Under 2GB)
Pricetag (3.5$ in Sale)

Cons :
Buggy & Laggy when more than 4/5 players join the game
Inventory gets a bit messy after having more items

10/10 would recommend.
