для тех у кого не запускается лаунчер: зайдите в библиотеку->правой кнопкой на civ 6->свойства -> в параметрах запуска пропишите путь к игре в кавычках и в конце введите %command%
например:
""C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Binaries\Win64Steam\CivilizationVI.exe" %command%
