The current ranking system is heavily unfair, mainly to solo queers. Ranking is solely based on win or lose. As a result, you don't get rewarded for individual performance, no matter how well you do in comparison to any of the other players in the game. Meaning it really sucks to get to a higher rank, as you often get put against 5 stacks while your team consists out of solo queers without a microphone. Making it impossible to win. Even if you entry frag and average 140 adr, you still cant win because of your teammates. meaning you will still lose a lot of elo.
