There are two faces to this game.

One is a great omage to The Little Prince and I think it tell a genuinely compelling story (albeit too many times through boring or repetitive missions).

The other face is just a really fun and good sandbox game. I easily got 100 hours of fun out of this game by the time I got bored. I know that reception of the new DLC is a bit ambivalent in the community, but I think the devs deserve every support they can get for sticking with this game through the years.

I really like how Kingdom evolves between releases! I also like how the different DLC-s make a different pacing in the game. This DLC so far seems well thought out, I really like the new features and the new angle they've taken with what the Greed is in this setting. I've seen that several reviews complain about bugs. So far the few I've encountered were nothing that would break the game for me.

Liked: atmosphere (pixelart, music), writing (story, lore, characters & dialogues).

Disliked: nothing so far.

Overall: really good story with interesting dialogues and a rich and unique lore. If you can manage without instant gratification, this game is definitely for you.

If you are looking for the most refined version of the Kingdom mechanics, Two Crowns is the best choice right now. The DLCs add meaningful content to the game. From time to time I always return to this game since I have it. Its simplicity and atmosphere create a perfect mix for a relaxing gameplay.

Although Two Crowns offers a more compecated and polished gameplay, I still come back to the Classic from time to time. I really like the simplicity of it, I think this game has aged well even beside Two Crowns.

Love the atmosphere and has a very nice skill system. Highly recommend to play it with others and not alone.

Perfect on many levels

On of the best competitive FPS games out there IMO. BUT! there are a couple of things that could get you disappointed:
-Really steep learning curve. Once out from the training mode, it's ON. Even with the new matchmaking system you're gonna die a lot. And I mean a lot. Before you're gonna get the hang of it. But don't get disappointed, just keep going, keep practicing. Frankly the game is hella fun even when your party just keeps dying :)
-Cry is a really small developer team - albeit with huge creativity! New content is kinda sparse sadly.

Combat is much much better, than it was in the first one, yet not as good as in W3. The story is altough a little bit different than for W1, it is still captivating with fantastic characters and side quests. Be careful when you run this game for you will find it very hard to take a break :)
