In 2008, he was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute.He pled guilty to those charges and received a sentence of 3 years probation.

In 2009, he was charged with domestic violence against his wife and pleaded no contest to the charge of simple assault. The judge sentenced him to one year of supervised release followed by five years probation.

In 2010, he was charged with aggravated harassment after sending threatening emails to a woman who had criticized him online. He was convicted of that charge and received a six month jail sentence.

In 2011, he was charged with sexual abuse after allegedly sexually assaulting his stepdaughter. He was acquitted of that charge.

In 2012, he was charged with stalking his former girlfriend and she filed a restraining order against him.He appealed the case and won. His conviction was overturned and he was ordered to pay $50,000 in damages to his ex-girlfriend.

In 2013, he was charged with criminal mischief after throwing a brick through the window of another woman's home.He was found not guilty of that charge.

In 2014, he was charged with criminal trespass after breaking into a neighbor's house and stealing items from it. He was found not guilty of that charge as well.

In 2015, he was charged with criminal trespass after breaking into a neighbor's house and stealing items from it. He was found not guilty of that charge as well.

In 2016, he was charged with criminal trespass after breaking into a neighbor's house and stealing items from it.He was found not guilty of that charge as well.

In 2017, he was charged with criminal trespass after breaking into a neighbor's house and stealing items from it. He was found not guilty of that charge as well.

In 2018, he was charged with criminal trespass after breaking into a neighbor's house and stealing items from it. He was found not guilty of that charge as well.

I'm convinced that mattress/furniture stores exist in a quantum superposition of grand opening and going out of business sale.
