Gamemaker no longer offers a free license. Unity is partnered with Ironsource. Unreal is made by Epic Games. Godot is 10/10.

While I do appreciate that bethesda allows their players to freely mod their game, even giving them the tools to do so... That won't change that this is one of the most confusing, annoying, and out of date modding tools I've ever used. If you can avoid it, don't use it. If you need to use it, I'm sorry.

It's just a steam deck tech demo. That's fine, whatever.
But the reason I'm staging this review as negative is purely for the fact that it does things with the portal universe that I personally do not like. It doesn't really look like portal, it only slightly FEELS like portal, but most importantly it plays out a lore scenario that significantly changes the context of how one of gaming's greatest villains came to be.
According to some sources, it may take place in one of Portal's alternate universes. Either way I don't want this plot to be real, so without a better explanation by someone actually involved, I'll simply hope and pretend that there is actually zero chance this part of the story is accurate.

Edit: I mean I get that this is probably harsher than it needs to be, but the TLDR is it's a tech demo but I didn't like the story direction. Whoever's awarding me with jesters- I see you, and that's kinda funny, but you're just giving me profile XP.
I love portal, and I hope there's more on the way, but this just doesn't have the same feeling.
