I am an Admin/Valve Employee of Valve Cooperation . If you are trying to contact me about Steam it is best to send me a PM on the Steamrep forums. Please do not add me regarding Steamrep unless I have commented on your report first. I do not handle appeals so I cannot help anyone in that regard. I will not look at your report if you add me to do so, so please do not ask, I am quite busy and do not have the time to handle every report someone throws at me.

If you add me while I am offline, I will usually not accept an invite until I see that you are also online. This is to avoid having too many people on my friends list. If adding me for Steamrep related business, I ask that you please send me a PM on the Steamrep forums instead of adding me on Steam.

We believe in responsible security disclosure practices. In accordance with this we appreciate reporters privately notifying us of vulnerabilities and setting reasonable time frames for response and disclosure based on the severity of the issue. We believe this method provides the most secure environment for Steam users.
