Also, hello.
Removing the sheen effect on weapons should be easier, however. Every weapon has a string on their materials related to the sheen effects, so in theory, it's a matter of just removing those lines from the .vmt files.
@Psyke Oh, I see. It striked as odd to me just seeing an UV Map there, but I did notice that there wasn't anything wrong per-se when viewing on the Model Viewer and in-game. Also I did saw that the alpha mask was changed, so maybe the alpha mask is the only thing that matters on phongexponents, since I tend to see a lot of phongexponent textures being an olive green.
The item_schema should not include the "headphones" player_bodygroups, and instead should use "additional_hidden_bodygroups" on each of the style, with "1" stating if it should be hidden or not. In other words, style two shouldn't have "additional_hidden_bodygroups", but style 1 and 3 would.
The same could be made with dogtags (not include the dogtags on the player_bodygroups, instead relying with "additionaL_hidden_bodygroups"), though I'm not exactly sure how Valve edits the item_schema, if they use some sorta program to do that.
In beta-importer, you can choose what parts of the model you can hide (if possible) and for scarf/earmuffs styles only dogtags is disabled (intended) but not the headphones.
So, I dont know the actual reason why there are no headphones (might be Valve thing or something like that)

Hopefully your situation gets better and resolved soon, though.
Well, thanks. I still sometimes upload mods, but not as often as anymore. I do have a couple that were in the works, but never got around publishing them, either that, or I didn't finish them.
Huge fan of your gamebanana skins decade ago btw
