Perfect collection! Just add Buckethead's and THORR's OST as DLC!

Lazy develover, game stutters like hell thanks to the nule implementation of shader compilation. Don't support lazy developers.

Beautiful game, beautiful music, awesome gameplay... A more interesting and serius story... All marred by lousy performance on high-end hardware.

So much disrecpect to Sonic Fans in this collection:

- Tons of unfixed bugs.
- It was so difficult to make the main menu not to stutter?
- Ugly character selection menus, seriously, it was a copy/paste from the mobile versions.
- Inferior rom versions of Game Gear games, why not to use the Master System ones for Sonic 1 and 2 for example, and Genesis versions for Sonic Spinball and Mean Bean Machine. Lazy effort.
- Where is my Knucke's Chaotix remade on the Retro Engine? Yeah that game matters too.
- No discount to deluxe version owners. Seriously, we had 2 DLC that you include on the newer version of the game. Where's our discount? Why we have to pay more money for less content?

So lazy and disrespectful Sega.

The game's performance is flawless. I own a Gigabyte Aorus 15P gaming laptop, RTX 3080, I7-11800h, 32gb RAM, 1080p 240hz screen. At ultra settings, the game runs on average 70 fps, with occasional frame drops to the mid 50's. Setting the DLSS option to "quality" decreases the occasional frame drops to the high 50's, while setting the DLSS at "balanced" makes the game run at over 60 fps all the time.

The only negative of the game is the lack of the exclusive full screen option.

Pros

- Beautifil artwork and graphics
- Fun gameplay

Cons

- Highly repetitive
- It costs a lot to level up the characters
- No offline singleplayer game mode
- No 2 player split screen offline couch multiplayer
- Pointless game's story, It doesn't connect at all with the gameplay.

At this current state I wouldn't recommend this game.

Stay away from this collection, D3T Limited screwed the Steam release of the game, it doesn't work with Intel Graphics devices and also it has compatibility issues with xinput controllers (360 and One).

C'mon D3T Limited fix the game, lazy developers...
