I really enjoy the Witcher series, although I played Witcher 3 first, and let me just say, it is very difficult to go back, Witcher 3's mechanic are very polished and Witcher's are well..
let's just say they haven't aged well, I keep getting attacked before I can do anything, and I'm trying to fight the beast and after 30+ attempts of trying it (and keeping the witch alive), it becomes next to impossible and becomes a task to play.
I couldn't enjoy myself anymore at that point. Overall I give this game a 5/10, story seems like it could be fun, but at this point, I'll just watch a playthrough or something to get Geralt's story.

tl;dr: Good story, really aged mechanics that make the game not fun to play.

This game gets you hooked and then you're doing stupid ♥♥♥♥ and enjoying yourself whilst doing it. 10/10 love siege

Looks like it could be something fun, but it's too hard to progress without getting killed instantly.
If you want to constantly kill people, just go play Call of Duty, like seriously. I want to play a survival game with friends, that doesn't drain my wallet. Is that too much to ask?

Screw what the metascore has to say, this is an amazing game. I've had a ton of fun playing it. Spent nearly all day playing it. Highly recommended!
